Private Client Hospitality

You know your clients. Hospitality is how you come to know their families.

Small, carefully made gatherings for wealth management teams: dinners, family evenings, a morning on the water. You name the households you want to know better this year. The Atelier plans the calendar and produces every detail.

CONCEPT STUDY · OWNERS’ OYSTER SUPPER

Hospitality,
seen in the room.

Three client gatherings, each designed around the firm hosting it and the relationships gathered there.

The relationship usually lives with one person.

Most advisors see the primary client a few times a year. The spouse comes to some reviews. The adult children know you as their parents’ advisor, if they know you at all. Research from Cerulli Associates found that only about one in five heirs who had already inherited stayed with their parents’ advisor, most often because they had never built a relationship of their own.

Review meetings were not designed to fix that. A good table is.

A year of evenings, planned around your households.

The program begins with people, not venues: who you want to know better, and what kind of room will make that relationship easier.

01 · THE PLAN

The households first.

You tell us which households and which family members you want to reach. We design the sequence: who is invited to what, in which season, seated next to whom.

02 · THE EVENINGS

Everything carried.

Venues, menus, invitations drafted for your review, florals, rentals, seating, arrival and pacing. You arrive and host.

03 · THE FOLLOW-THROUGH

The care continues.

A personal note drafted for each household within 48 hours, and an itemized cost per guest for your records.

Four decisions.
One carried year.

The firm keeps every approval that matters. The Atelier makes the year real.

01

Name the households.

Counts and roles only at first: how many families, and whether you want to reach spouses, adult children, business owners, or the whole family.

02

Choose your year.

Pick a program or single evenings from the catalogue, and place them on the calendar.

03

Review and approve.

Your team approves concepts, guest-facing wording and budgets. Invitations go out from your firm.

04

Host the room.

We run the evening. You spend it with your clients and their families.

Your firm sends the invitations and keeps the guest list. We receive only first names, dietary notes and seating guidance. Every estimate separates hospitality from take-home items and arrives itemized per guest. Your advisors attend every event they host. Third-party costs pass through at cost, with no markup.

I lead every engagement personally and attend every event. Before the Atelier, I spent several years in financial services. I built this practice so advisors could hand off the evenings entirely and trust that the details, including the confidential ones, are handled properly.
