Privacy
notice.

A plain-language account of what the first-contact form collects, where the response goes and how the Atelier protects it.

01

What we collect

The inquiry forms collect the preferred name and contact information you provide, the event or proposal type, and any optional planning, timing, location, package, enhancement, budget, role, phone or confidentiality information you choose to add. The RIA and wealth-management inquiry form may also collect the firm name, office location, approximate guest count, event types under consideration, planning stage and the kind of help requested. Please do not send guest lists, private addresses, travel manifests, financial records, identity documents or sensitive files in a first inquiry.

02

Why we collect it

The information is used to review the inquiry, respond about fit and availability, prepare a proposed scope when appropriate, prevent abuse of the form and maintain a record of the conversation. It is not used to build advertising audiences.

03

How the inquiry is protected

The form is transmitted over HTTPS. Before it is stored, the full submission is encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a production secret held separately from the database. An email notification or copy is sent only to Maeve at maeve@maevekellyatelier.com through FormSubmit. Proposal notifications contain a limited summary; the protected owner view contains the complete request. Ordinary email should not be treated as end-to-end encrypted.

04

Who can access it

Inquiry contents are available through a protected owner view authenticated to the Atelier administrator and through Maeve’s business email account. Website hosting, database, authentication, email and FormSubmit infrastructure necessarily process limited data to operate these channels.

05

How long it is kept

Inquiry information is kept only while it is useful for evaluating or managing the conversation and for legitimate business or legal recordkeeping. A fixed public retention period is not stated because the appropriate period depends on whether the inquiry becomes an engagement and on applicable obligations.

06

Your choices

You may ask what inquiry information is held, request a correction or ask for deletion where the Atelier is not required to retain it. You may also choose to begin by ordinary email with a general outline, although ordinary email should not be treated as a secure client portal.

07
