Before your team asks.
The practical questions that come up before a firm starts with one evening or builds a full year.
Our assistant already plans events. Why use you?
Your assistant can book a room. What takes time is deciding which households should meet, designing an evening worth remembering, and running it so your team can host instead of manage. Many teams use us for the signature evenings and keep smaller lunches in-house.
Our firm already hosts events.
Firm events are built for hundreds of clients. These are built for a dozen, chosen by you, which is where spouses and adult children actually get to know you.
Won’t this feel transactional to clients?
Not if nothing is sold. There is no presentation, no product and no ask at any event we produce.
Do our clients want to bring their children?
Many do when the invitation comes from their own parent and the evening is clearly social. We design the invitation so the client extends it.
What if compliance won’t approve it?
Send them our compliance page. Invitations come from you, we hold almost no data, and every cost is itemized. If something still does not fit your firm’s policy, we change the design.
How far ahead do we book?
Six weeks for a dinner, three months for a large outdoor event, and by October for December. The planner shows Maeve’s real open dates.
Can we start with one event?
Yes. A single evening starts at $2,500 plus costs, and can become a program later.
Where do you work?
Coastal South Carolina, the New York and New Jersey area, and Little Rock. Elsewhere by arrangement, with travel quoted up front.
Do you work with family offices?
Yes, often through a single point of contact, with the privacy terms described on our discretion page.
