Maeve KellyAtelier

For your compliance and procurement teams.

We built the service to fit inside a regulated firm’s review process, not around it.

WHAT YOUR FIRM KEEPS

The relationship and the approvals.

Guest selection and the guest list. Invitations and RSVPs, sent from your systems. All financial and educational content. Final approval of anything a guest will read.

WHAT WE RECEIVE

Only what the room needs.

First names, dietary needs and seating guidance for the events you book. Nothing else. We do not need account information, assets, addresses or family financial details, and we ask you not to send them.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

A clear record.

An itemized estimate and post-event summary that separate food, drink, venue, activity and any item a guest takes home, so your team can apply its own policy.

Easy to review,
before anything is committed.

Entertainment, not gifts. Your advisors attend every event they host. Each estimate separates hospitality from take-home items so your team can apply its gifts-and-entertainment policy correctly.

Costs. Vendor costs are billed at cost with receipts, or invoiced directly to your firm. We do not mark them up.

Photography. Nothing is published without separate permission. If you want photographs, they are delivered privately. Minors are photographed only with a parent’s written consent.

A narrow circle
by design.

Information is shared only with a vendor who needs it for the work: a caterer may need a dietary note, not a surname or financial context. The firm remains the source of guest communication.

Specialist activities are sourced through appropriately qualified providers, with insurance, licenses and waivers reviewed for the particular engagement before approval.

Current review materialsMaeve will provide the engagement agreement, an itemized sample estimate and the information-handling terms currently in place for your team’s review. Additional procurement documents are supplied only when current and applicable.

Send this page to the person who reviews vendors.
