How early should we start?
Two to three months ahead for a spring or fall weekend in Charleston, when good houses go first.
The organizer of a bachelorette weekend usually ends up as its unpaid travel agent. Maeve takes the research and the logistics so the weekend feels generous to the bride and easy on the group, in Charleston or wherever you are going.
Plan the weekend
The organizer should get to enjoy the weekend too.
LODGING / DINNERS / TRANSPORT
Lodging researched against the group's size, budget and sleeping arrangements. A restaurant plan for every meal that matters, with reservations made. One private dinner, at a house or a private room, designed properly. An afternoon on the water or on a quieter beach. Spa time or a slow morning. Transport between it all. A welcome in each room when the group arrives.
Friday: arrive, settle in, a long dinner downtown. Saturday: a late breakfast, the harbor by boat in the afternoon, a private dinner that evening. Sunday: brunch and an easy goodbye. Every weekend is built for its group; this is only the outline most of them start from.
The organizer or each guest books and pays for lodging, flights and activities directly, and handles splitting costs within the group. Maeve researches, recommends, makes restaurant reservations in the group's name with your permission, and coordinates vendors. Flights, accommodation and third-party fees are never included in our fee unless the agreement says so.
Nashville, Palm Beach, the Hamptons, or somewhere abroad. The same planning applies; in-person hosting away from Charleston is quoted for travel.
A fixed fee in writing after a first conversation, based on the number of days, the group's size and whether Maeve is there in person.

Only if you want someone onsite for the private dinner or a day on the water. Otherwise the plan runs without us.
