You chose the venue, hired the vendors and made the decisions. Approximately two weeks before the wedding, Maeve steps into the plan that already exists, confirms the essential logistics and prepares to carry it through.
This is focused wedding-day coordination for a substantially planned wedding. It is not a disguised full-service planning package.
You complete one structured questionnaire and meet with Maeve for a 60-minute logistics handoff. Maeve reviews the existing wedding plan, refines the timeline, confirms essential details with up to 10 booked vendors and distributes the final timeline.
Maeve serves as the principal operational point person, oversees vendor arrivals, liaises with the venue, organizes and cues the ceremony, monitors reception timing, supports family logistics and troubleshoots in real time.
Up to 45 minutes within coverage may be used for prepared, labeled personal items that one person can safely place without tools. Cards, gifts and designated items are consolidated for one named Day-of Contact before coverage ends.
The $1,500 service does not include vendor sourcing, negotiations, budget management, wedding design, rental or floral design, RSVP management, seating-chart creation, extensive setup, furniture movement, catering labor, cleanup or breakdown.
If the wedding needs deeper planning, major installation, more staffing or a service required by the venue, Maeve identifies that before an agreement is signed.
Up to one hour onsite to organize the wedding party and practice the processional and recessional.
Required around 100 or more guests, split locations, room flips, substantial personal decor or simultaneous operational demands.
The standard service includes 8 consecutive hours. Additional approved lead-coordinator time is billed hourly.
There is no travel fee within 45 minutes of Charleston. Beyond that, travel is quoted before you sign.

Maeve reviews and refines the existing wedding-day timeline using the final plans and vendor details you provide. Building a complex plan from incomplete information may require a different service.
A limited quantity of prepared and labeled personal items can be placed during coverage. Major installation, floral work, furniture moving, ladder work, bulk candle setup and breakdown are not included.
